What is collected
The private and custom request form collects your name, email, the experience you're interested in, your preferred date and flexibility, number of participants, language, interests, an optional budget and any access needs you choose to share.
If you buy a digital guide, payment is handled by the payment provider, which processes your payment details directly. Rban Tours does not see or store your card details.
Basic, aggregated analytics may be collected to understand which pages and experiences are used.
Why it is used
Your request details are used to answer you and to plan the experience you asked about. Nothing is used for marketing without your separate consent.
How long it is kept
