3. Booking and Contract Formation

A contract is deemed concluded when the user receives written confirmation of the booking from Rban Tours®, after payment where required.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation conditions are communicated at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Services with a specific date and time are non-refundable.
- In case of cancellation by Rban Tours®, the user is entitled to a full refund or to reschedule the experience.
- No refund is due in case of no-show or late arrival.
Rban Tours® reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to weather conditions, safety reasons or force majeure. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a refund.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for services related to leisure activities with a specific date or period of execution.
7. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Arrive on time at the meeting point
- Respect guides, staff and other participants
- Follow safety instructions
- Be physically fit to participate in the booked experience
Rban Tours® reserves the right to exclude participants whose behavior is inappropriate, dangerous or disruptive, without entitlement to a refund.
8. Liability
Participants take part in activities at their own risk.
Rban Tours® is not liable for:
- Accidents caused by negligence of participants
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Damages caused by third parties
- Delays or cancellations due to force majeure
- Injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
